“In and south of Europe - a step forward to project management” aims to increase the organizations’ management capacity in projects between EU and Euromed countries by offering the participants advanced tools and new contacts.
We would like to increase the cooperation between youth organizations from EU countries and youth organizations from Euromed countries augmenting their capability of managing projects. Many organizations would like to make quality projects but they simply lack of experience and knowledge. We will give to the participants some tools to plan and run a project that fits the needs of the organization and reaches the aimes established involving young people in its realization.
We will support young trainers, leader and workers to get practical working experience on planning and implementation of projects and we will promote the creation of new Youth in Action projects.
The project is also directed to establish a bridge between our organization and the European network of trainers, multipliers and youth organizations active, especially, in promoting the issue of human rights and intercultural understanding between EU countries and Euromed countries. |

Siamo alla ricerca di tre ragazzi/e per un progetto di volontariato europeo in Romania, uno degli ultimi Stati entrati nell’Unione Europea. Il progetto è strutturato in due stage della durata di 6 mesi ciascuno, durante i quali i volontari/e supporteranno il team locale nella organizzazione di attività in diversi paesi e regioni della Romania. Tra le principali attività vi sono la creazione di documentari, film, fotografie, supporto ad attività ecologiche, gestione del sito web dell’associazione ospite, organizzazione di eventi di danza, campagne di sensibilizzazione sulla donazione del sangue.
L’inizio del progetto è stimato nel mese di Maggio 2008.

least we will deal with some important aspects of financial management such as fundraising,

This training course will bring together organisations working with young people and dealing with such issues as cultural diversity, human rights education and minority youth. The core idea of the project is based on the raising of awareness of young people about different perceptions of diversity in the multicultural society by including the the issue of various extremist youth subcultures into the discourse of the modern theories of diversity and into the particular training course.
The participants will be informed about the European initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and human rights - Council of Europe’s All Different All Equal campaign and of the year 2007-year of Intercultural dialogue announced by the European Commission. Moreover, the participants will be provided with the information about the new Youth in Action Programme.
The project will help the participants to increase their knowledge on the topics discussed during the training course and will ensure the sustainable partnerships of the partner organizationsand and will increase quality of the future Youth in Action programme projects. It will also allow the partners to strengthen their cooperation as members of the Minorities of Europe’s network of minority youth NGOs across Europe. |
